The available room is private and comes furnished with a single bed and desk. You’ll have access to shared spaces, including the bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

The condo is in a quiet building with great neighbors, conveniently located near bus routes and amenities. Rent includes high-speed internet and utilities. Please note: Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the suite or anywhere on the condominium grounds.

You’ll be sharing the space with me (45F), my 16-year-old son (a quiet home learner), a medium-sized dog, and two birds. We’re an introverted, easygoing household, and we’re looking for someone who values a peaceful environment.
