Jarvis Street

I am looking for someone to take over my current lease. This is a student residence, so you must be currently enrolled to live here. The lease runs up in August, however you can resign with the building quite easily. Payments are every two months. The building comes with numerous amenities such as a full gym, a student lounge/common room, study areas on each floor and multiple events happening weekly. the apartment and room is fully furnished. there are two bathrooms which are shared. the building is less then ten minutes away from Dundas Square, and there is a Metro a block away.

I have two male roommates who are both cannabis friendly. It is a four bedroom apartment but the one room is currently unoccupied. Having people over is not a problem, the apartment is a regular hang out spot for our friend group. the roommates aren’t crazy neat freaks, all they ask is you do your part on dishes and general tidiness.
