I have an unfurnished bedroom for rent in an executive home that could be furnished upon request. Non-smokers only please. The bed and bath are in the basement with its own entry and the rest of the rooms are upstairs so it’s a quiet space. You will have your own full bathroom and also a parking spot in the heated garage. You would be sharing the kitchen and living spaces (there are three living rooms to choose from).

You will be sharing with myself, I am a 42-year-old part-time dental hygienist, as well as my 5-year-old daughter so you must love kids! We do not have any pets and we love healthy foods and live a healthy, active lifestyle. We are a busy duo! No drinking, no parties, just chill vibes over here.
