Hey! My name is Hayden, and I am currently a tenant at this property. I had signed a 12 month lease for this lovely condo in June 2024, and due to family reasons I have to leave the city permanently. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the remaining time, with lease extension available.
The move in date can be as early as December 16th, though you would only need to begin payment from January-May
The suite is a 2 bedroom, with a 24yr old male student attending UofC, who isnβt home very often due to school.
