Seeking roommate, commencing May 01, 2025 *attempting to be pro-active here :)

Looking for 1 female only (no couples please) quiet, respectful tenant to share 4 bedroom/4 bathroom/3 level town home duplex SE lake community of Auburn bay. Offering to share home, renter’s primary living area is cozy, developed basement, sharing main floor kitchen and washer/dryer located on top floor.

$1400 rent (wifi not included) includes: your own lower level private (4 piece) bathroom, 1 bedroom, private fridge & microwave, utilities and a partially decorated private living area. *minimal storage, you will require your own bedroom furnishings.

Lake access and 1 outdoor, off road parking space provided + decent sized, well kept backyard/with surrounding fence * will consider one small/medium sized, house trained dog.

Required: signed rental agreement with a Security Clearance background check and proof of employment. Damage deposit is $1400.00

Monthly lease for first 6 months, with possibility of yearly renewal (based) on first year dynamics.
