About the room
Hi its an 2 bed room appartment you will have your room and and bathroom the kitchen and the living room is shared we have indoor health club and swana steem and swimming pool and a common room if you want to invite any one if you need parking .you will need to rent one from the building The bills ,net and insurance is included in the amount above I need along tearm renter and if you want to leve the appartment 2 month notice .no couples please note the room is small it will take only twin bed not bigger so no couples and no parties in side the appartment and no stay over friends. Thanks
About the roomies
I am 40 years professional who sty at home only 2 days a week and works mostly nights I am clean non smoker I need some one who is clean and non smoker or will smoke outside the appartment I am quiet and I don’t bring anyone to the appartment.
