72 Avenue NW

This is a 3 bedroom bungalow located in Hunting Hills NW. My friend is moving out December 1st, so I’m renting one of the rooms out. Currently, only 2/3 rooms are occupied because we kept the third room as a spare/miscellaneous room (so I’m only looking to have one other roommate ideally). 5 minute walk to bus routes 2, 20 and 5, 10 minutes to routes 3 and 32 and like 10-15 minutes to routes 300 and 301. 10 minute walk to superstore and 20 minutes to Beddington town centre. The basement is occupied by other tenants, but they have a separate entrance. There is a shared backyard and street parking. There is also a medium sized dawg that lives in the space, and while she is energetic, she is also very sweet.

Hi! I’m not currently in school, but hoping to go back next year at UofC. I currently work full time at two different joints, and if I’m not working, I’m out and about with my dawg or chillin with friends.
