The building complex is a 3 floor low rise apartment which has street parking available at all times.

Two roommates. First roommate (male) is an engineering student at McEwan. Second roommate (female) works full time.

Both the roommates are quiet and clean. No parties in the house. We keep the common areas very clean and tidy.
