ISO roommate for Dec 5th or Jan 1st. Lease renews April 1st, 2025. Rent would be free for December. :)

1 unfurnished bedroom in a legal ground level basement suit. House is furnished otherwise. Large yard shared with upstairs tenants + their dog (who are wonderful people). Laundry, and shared bathroom with myself.

$725, Energy/gas split 50/50. Water included. No wifi included (I have starlink and I travel for work and take it with me). Pets considered with a $50/month pet fee (per lease agreement).

About me: I’m a 26 year old who works in oil and gas, and am typically only home for one week out of the month. I like pink (as you will see by my house, preference to those who like pink too lmao), love travelling and music festivals, and I love to cook and bake, and appreciate a quiet home when I am off shift. My current roommate is only moving due to taking a new position at AHS, out of town. Her and I have become best friends, hoping to find a similar relationship with another roommate. :)
