ISO roommate in my cute two bed one bath, ground level basement. Must sign year lease.

1 unfurnished bedroom in a legal ground level basement suit. Bedroom unfurnished, but house is fully furnished otherwise. Large yard shared with upstairs tenants (who are wonderful people) + their large dog (who is super sweet). Laundry, and shared bathroom with myself.

$825 per month. Energy/gas split 50/50 (works out to about $120-150 each per month). Water is included. I don’t currently have wifi, as I use Starlink. Pets will be considered with a $50/month pet fee (per lease agreement).

About me: I’m a 26 year old who works medical in the oil and gas field, and am typically only home for one week out of the month. I like pink (as you will see by my house, preference to those who like pink too!), love travelling and music festivals, and I love to cook and bake, and really appreciate a quiet home when I am off shift. My current roommate is leaving for farming season.
