Private room available in a shared apartment in 1755 Frobisher Lane, Ottawa.
Kitchen is furnished with microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher.
There are 2 other people living in Bedroom/hall, so the bathroom will be shared by 3 people in total.
We are Indians who are students here and looking for a roommate who can stay here preferably for the next 7 months(from Jan 1, 2025). The lease ends by July 2025. If we decide to extend the lease, it will be month to month after July.
The rent is 1000$+utilities. The unit is very close to the Smyth bus stop (2 mins walk away) and 5 mins away from Hurdman and Billings Bridge. Ideal for students of University of Ottawa.
Last month rent in advance when booking the room.
