Emily's room

This is an in law suite in the basement of our house. We are in the woods but only 10 mins from Bayer’s lake. Even though it shares all utilities, you will have the entire basement to yourself which includes a bedroom, bathroom (shower only, no bathtub), own kitchen, own entrance, own living and dining room space. We will not go downstairs, it has a stairwell up to house that will be locked on both sides. Laundry is upstairs and will be shared. Parking included. Internet, heat, hot water all included.

We are a couple with three children, a dog and cat who live upstairs. There are no other roommates in the basement, it would be your own space.
