I have a private room available with a private bathroom. It has laundry, A/C, and decent daylight. Great location for students at UBCO and the room can fit a desk comfortably. The location, is on Kneller rd. The move in date can be earlier if needed.

I am looking for a clean and respectful individual (couples welcome) to share a townhouse with me. I am in my 30’s and moving to Kelowna. I enjoy the outdoors and currently work in the healthcare/emergency field. The only thing you would need to be responsible for is furnishing your bedroom. Utilities will be split 50/50. Rent would be $1300 each before util and internet.
