Included Services: a- Heat, water, electricity, high-speed WiFi, full kitchen access with a gas stove, and in-suite washer and dryer. b- Parking is available as a “visitor.” c- I spend most of the day out of the house for work, and when I return, I prefer to relax and unwind. This means you’ll have plenty of space and quiet time during the day, whether studying or working from home. d- Deep cleaning service is included, once a month.

Looking for: 1- Clean, quiet, and organized person. 2- A student, preferably a grad/adult. 3- No kids, partners, pets, or visitors. 4- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or weed. 5- You’ll share the space with one quiet and respectful adult (owner). It is ideal for someone seeking a peaceful, focused environment. 6- References from previous landlords, as well as proof of study or employment, will be verified.
