Cozy, decent-sized (furnished) room up for grabs between January and April! Looking for someone to occupy my room for these months while I go back home to Toronto :) $670 with bills included, additional $30/month parking available. Smoking (cigarettes, blunts, spliffs, joints) OUTSIDE ONLY PLEASE! Vaping isn’t too much of a problem to do inside. No Bongs or anything of that sort.

Double bed frame and mattress included, TV table and TV can stay if needed, good closet space, and other household items ready to be used. Don’t have to bring much!

Located VERY close to Algonquin College, ~20 min walking (3 mins bus) to Baseline Station, 12 min walk to Iris Station, ~30 mins bus to train station Hurdman.

~15 min walk to College Square (Loblaws, LCBO, dispensary, Starbucks, various food places, etc.) ~15 min bus ride to Walmart Supercentre, and across the street are a few more grocery stores, banks, etc.

One male (22), one female (24). Wonderful people. Pretty quiet, amicable, and respectful. They do their best to clean up after themselves.

We also have a wonderful Landlady. Completely understanding, is on top of ensuring the property is in working condition. Answers her phone, gives notice when needing to come to the property (at least 24 hrs, usually more)

I am a very clean person. I do the majority of the cleaning in the house for my own sake :) just ask that whoever comes to take the spot also takes pride in keeping their area(s) clean.
