Brand new house in a new subdivision. The room has not been lived in and includes a full walk in closet. The room is currently furnished, however, the furniture can be moved out and your personal furniture can be moved in. The room currently has a twin bed but a queen will fit as well. There is a non-shared bathroom located beside the bedroom. There are also additional spaces available within the residence for a potential work from home set up. The kitchen and laundry room are a shared space. The basement is not currently finished but is available for additional storage or a couch/ tv/ gym set up. Looking for short term rental, however, open to a longer rental period as well.

I am a 30+ year old female and recently moved to the neighbourhood. I am currently looking for a female roommate. I currently work hybrid so will sometimes work from home or travel to my office.
