Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath located in NW Calgary, close to Costco, Walmart, & all major grocery stories. Heat is included in rent, water, electricity, wifi, tenant insurance & parking are extra. The property itself includes a gym, and your choice of underground or outdoor parking. About 20min to downtown & 10-15 to the university of Calgary. I have two cats named Ollie & Ori who are lovely. That being said I am not looking for more pets in the space at this time. Someone who is respectful and loves my cats as their own is a must for me as they are my babies! Your room is unfurnished.

I’m a recent graduate & work full time Monday to Friday. I enjoy reading, sewing, baking, rock climbing, & hanging out with friends. I’m quite extroverted so looking for someone I can be friends with! I like a clean & respectful space, I tidy as I go & always keep things in order. I deep clean the apartment every Sunday (or try to!) I do enjoy a night out but am not a huge binge drinker & do not smoke.
