The bedroom is really light and spacious and gets the golden hour glow each afternoon which is so nice. There is 1 shared bathroom with a bath/shower, and a super light living room and kitchen. There is also a balcony with a view over the park/city and you can also see the Biodome!

The closest metro stations are Sherbrooke and Papineau and there are loads of bixi stations a couple of mins walk from the building.

Rent: $1,050 (including all bills)

Lease ends 31st August 2025

Furniture in the bedroom: $400 (includes bed, bedside table, huge mirror, desk, swivel desk chair, 2x lights) – price is negotiable if you don’t want to keep all the items!

The wardrobe and bookcase are built-in so come with the room and there is lots of storage space (both in the wardrobe in the bedroom and another one in the hallway)

She’s super clean and considerate of other’s space and is looking for a roommate in their mid-twenties to early thirties who is clean, sociable, and would like to cook and hang out together occasionally.
