The duplex house is located at a nice middle class neighbourhood that is quiet as well. There are several local businesses, such as a restaurant, pub, cold beer & wine & gas station convienance store about an 8 minute walk from the location. The house has a large patio with a bit of a view. The Alex Fraser bridge & highways 17 & 91 are very close. Two transit routes are about 8 minutes from the house. The duplex house is very central for Metro Vancouver with most of the Metro area being about 20-30 minutes away via vehicle during good traffic. The extensive Skytrain system is about 15minutes away via the bus. The duplex portion for rent is spacious being 1,400square feet. The kitchen is partially renovated with quite new & modern appliances. There is a full bathroom & ensuite bathroom (partial) that is part of the large master bathroom. There are three bedrooms total.
