Hello, I am leaving my master bedroom with ensuite in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment, in the heart of downtown on December 1st. The bedroom is very spacious with private bathroom (shower) and a walk-in closet. Super bright, with windows facing south and west - view of the islands and the lake and very beautiful sunsets! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The laundry is in the unit. The bedroom is unfurnished but the common areas are. The building offers a sauna, a swimming pool, a gym, a movie room, a music studio, a bbq terrace and a coworking space. They regularly organize social events, such as the pool party to celebrate the beginning of summer, or free sports classes (yoga, spin, hiit, ..). The building is well located, 10 minutes from Union, the Rogers Center, the lake, the Well. The TTC and bike stations are right outside. There are lots of cool shops, cafes and restaurants nearby!

The other two roommates are a French man and a Belgian, they are chill and sociable. They are respectful on noise and clean the common space.
