About the room
Hi! We are looking for two female students to rent two unfurnished bedrooms in an all-female 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment located near Bay and Bloor, starting in January. This apartment is only steps away from Yorkville and University of Toronto St. George Campus.
Rent is $1418 per month including utilities excluding hydro and wifi. Hydro and wifi vary around $40 - $45 per month. This is a bright, spacious apartment with beautiful high rise views. There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and sunroom which are all furnished. Laundry is available in the building.
Building amenities include a gym, indoor pool, and outdoor patio. Building is pet-friendly but we don’t currently have any pets.
Walking distance to UofT as well as Museum, Bay, and Bloor-Yonge stations.
