I lived here for a year, had to end my lease early, looking to find someone to take over.
Apartment is in a secure building, has lots of storage, new soft close cabinets, dishwasher and a microwave above the stove. laundry is available in the building. Heat, hot and cold water, and 1 parking spot is included in rent.
Unit is #318 on the top floor, very quiet, rarely heard from neighbors. Bus stops in front of building and walking distance to grocery stores. Close to walking trails and Long Lake park which is nice in the summer.

About the roomies
I lived here with my girlfriend. The people in the building are very nice and friendly. The entry ways and common areas are kept very tidy by the on site building manager. Any issues had were always taken care of very fast by the building.
