The room is located in an apartment above a general store (now an antique shop). It’s a five bedroom apartment, two rooms of which are rented occasionally as a bed & breakfast. The apartment has two bathrooms, a study, living room, dining room, music room, pantry, kitchen, laundry room and a balcony looking onto an acre of property. There are two entrances. The building is heated by a hot water furnace and air conditioned with window air conditioners. The building is located in the hamlet of Iona, to the west of Talbotville.

The building is occupied by the owner, a male who runs the antique shop and bed & breakfast. The owner used to work as a museum director and curator. The rent can be reduced if there’s a willingness to cut grass, shovel snow, serve as an occasional driver, and other matters that can be discussed.
