Welcome to our home, where you’ll find everything you need! A short walk from the subway, with tons of space for everyone, we consider this place a gem in the city unlike any other, I promise you have to see it to understand…

The room has a comfy queen bed, a large desk area, a sunset facing window overlooking the yard and a lovely huge tree out back. There is plenty of space, and you are more than welcome to change it or add more/less things as you please!

Some awesome amenities we enjoy here:

• two shared yards (front/back)with tons of plants and a garden that we start tending in spring
• two shared porches (front/back) for chilling or BBQing
• huge living space with TV/couches/PS4/lots of games
• huge kitchen including it’s own living area within it!
• water cooler for which we have fresh spring water delivered (included, because I can’t live without it either way haha)
• one and a half shared baths
• two floors so there is a feeling of separation when we need privacy
• all utilities and internet are included, of course
• we have a cleaning person that will come once a month to ease the burden on all the roomies!

Our place is old but well maintained (by us) with lots of personal touches. We are of course not only welcome to, but excited to discuss any upgrades or changes if we find a great fit! Is it you!?

We are a couple in our 30s, self employed with opposite hours. We are mostly extroverted, deeply unserious, and always down for a laugh. We are looking for people that our vibe, and have a strong sense of community like we do. The Toronto rental market is insane so we’d love for all parties to benefit by sharing this space… So far it’s just us but we’re looking for YOU and another roomie for a separate room.

We take a lot of pride in our house and are always coming up with new ways to improve it, and hope you’ll take part in that as well! We don’t like to nickel and dime, we share small things like TP/dish soap and if I get it one week I know someone else will get it another and it all comes out in the wash. We appreciate open and honest communication and really just hope we can all be chill and have a good time while functioning as a household!

We like to cook, sit on the porch and listen to the rain, we go for coffee walks, have BBQs, host holiday dinners, WORK a lot, go to the gym around the corner, watch bad romcoms, go out for drinks and to the theatre and for brunch… Normal 30something activities! This house has always had groups of friends filling it but now it’s just us and we’d love to get that back. Let’s have a chat and see if there’s a fit!
