Move in between August 16 and September 1. We are looking for a female (preferred due to shared common area spaces) to rent this single bedroom for comfort/security. The other two bedrooms are also be or are rented to females. Shared living room, kitchen and laundry facilities. There are 3 single furnished bedrooms for 3 individuals - 1 is currently occupied. Top floor of home located near to Brentwood Mall. 1 occupant only per bedroom. Rental term: To expire on April 30, 2026 (may be slightly extended until mid-May if needed) Monthly housekeeping included but you are responsible for your own rooms between housekeeping visits and must clean up after yourself in all common areas. Each bedroom has its own personal air conditioner (built in). Telus WI-FI & Smart TV in main living area so that you can hook up your streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc). Couch, microwave, 55“ QLED TV, key locks for all bedrooms, mattresses, desk and chair are all provided (let us know if you need bedding provided (duvet, sheets and pillows are available). Extremely easy access to buses and Skytrain. Home policies ensure that all occupants are comfortable and happy with their room/home. Policies include: No overnight guests. No illegal substances, no drugs, no illegal activity at or near the home. No pets. May require references. Bedroom details: Queen bed. Bedroom has a walk-in closet and a wardrobe cabinet. Private bathroom with toilet, bidet, jetted tub and shower. Monthly: $1200. First month’s and last month’s rent plus 50% damage deposit required up front.
