Very quick bus ride to uOttawa, or minutes on foot to UQO. Close to the river and Gatineau park with beautiful paths for walking or biking.

I live upstairs with two roommates and there is a second studio with a separate entrance rented in the basement. The units are both newly renovated. There is some sound transfer between units, but so far it has been minimal and not of a concern to anyone.

We are all female, quiet, young working professionals and/or students looking for someone similar to rent this separate unit. We keep to ourselves mostly, but are all quite friendly and welcoming.
