Adam's room

I include free Wi-Fi, and all utilities. It’s a very old house, over 100 years old, and it is, in total, between 7k to 8k sqft, although the common living space would be between 2k to 3k sqft. I have a few bedrooms available, and some are slightly larger than the others. There are self contained units elsewhere in the property, but they are rented, and you are unlikely to interact with the others unless you choose to. The neighbourhood itself is mostly 60+ retirees.

I am a 26 year old man, I have a 6 year old cat, and live with another roommate who has an 9 year old dog currently. I own two properties, and I have been a landlord since I was 16 years old, so for about 10 years now.
