Adam's room

I include free Wi-Fi, and all utilities. It’s a very old house, over 130 years old, and it is, in total, between 6k to 7k sqft, although the common living space would be between 2k to 3k sqft. I have two bedrooms available, and one is slightly larger than the other one. There are self contained units elsewhere in the property, but they are rented, and you are unlikely to interact with the others unless you choose to. The neighbourhood itself is mostly 60+ retirees.

I am a 25 year old man, I have a 5 year old cat, and live with another roommate who has an 8 year old dog currently, and a 3rd who lives alone and is rarely home. I own two properties, and I have been a landlord since I was 17 years old, so for about 8 years now. I am engaged, and my fiancèe will come move in eventually as well.
