One bedroom and large private bathroom in the basement of a house available for rent. This is ideal for a student and is close to the bus routes to Trent University and Fleming College. The is is also within a short walk of grocery stores, Lansdowne Place Mall, restaurants etc. The unit does not have a full kitchen (no cooking range) but a counter-top burner will be provided. The kitchen space is also shared. Parking is available but needs to discussed with the landlord. Tenant may be permitted to use the landlord’s laundry machines. PLEASE NO PETS AND NO SMOKERS.
