• [ ] One of the housemates has a 75” smart tv, and Playstation, which will be put in the living room, okay to use with understanding and as far you are using responsibly.
• [ ] Some kitchen appliances can be shared too, as long as you are washing them afterwards.
• [ ] Expected to be respectful towards personal space, hygienic.
• [ ] You can invite your friends, as long as they are being respectful, and follow house rules.

About me: My name is Sachin, from India, here in Vancouver since 2022, recently graduated from KPU, 3D Animator and Modeler, Working in Home Depot since for almost 2 years now, like playing video games, read books, fantasy fiction is what I enjoy, I enjoy conversations but understand personal space, would love exchange food recipes, like going out trying new food and pretty chill. Hygiene is one of the biggest priorities. Love cleaning on my own, you are welcome to participate.
