One bedroom available at basement suite located at Oak St and W 23rd Ave. All utilities are included.
The bedroom isn’t furnished, but the rest of the place is. The basement is super spacious, it has plenty of windows for natural light and its own washing machine and dryer as well. Ceilings are low.
Safeway, TD bank, a liquor store and a dollar store are located a block away. The 17 bus to downtown and the 25 bus to UBC are also just a block away. King Edward station is just a 10-minute walk away.
