The available room is located on the upper floor of the house, which has 2 bathrooms for shared use. House is fully furnished, only your bedroom needs to be furnished. As for the utilities they are every 3 months and usually tend to be around $100-$150/3 months.

I’m a college student in the paramedic program at Durham College with 2 years left. Although I have a busy schedule and work late hours, I value a clean, organized, and peaceful living space. I’m respectful of others’ sleep schedules and routines, and I’m hoping to find a like-minded roommate who shares these values. I’m often out, so the house is generally quiet.
