Solange's room

This is a two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a small condo with no amenities. The condo generally has a one year minimum lease. Basically most of the tenants are long-term tenants and they want a quiet place to live with familiar neighbours . This is their home. It’s right beside the village and there’s a parking spot included.

We are looking for two roommates. Actually, we’re looking to completely rent out the apartment, but we want to do two roommates with two different leases. Both roommates have to be amenable to live with someone else should one of the roommates eventually move out. I am renting this out for my sister-in-law, who is not able to live there for family health reasons so I’m helping by getting the rooms rented. This could be an ideal place for people doing a team up.
