Hi! I am looking to rent out one bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment for a long-term/ short term arrangement starting in December. The apartment is renovated and furnished, and includes many amenities. I am hoping to rent it out to a student, professional, or anyone who is responsible enough to help keep the place clean. I will be living in the other room with my 8 year old daughter. The apartment building has a gymnasium, and utilities including internet are covered in the monthly rent. The building is very close to the bayview station TTC stop and Yorkmills station there are two nearby grocery stores. I will be needing an idea of my future tenants financial situation as well, just so I can be sure rent will be covered for the foreseeable future. The first month of rent and last month will be required before moving in. No smoking is allowed within the apartment. If you’re interested message me and we can set up a meeting with me! I am a single Mom currently living with my 8 year old daugther. We keep our space neat and clean. My daugther is grown so is not noisy. We respect people in our space and expect the same.
