It’s quiet (renovated to be sound-deadened) and it’s upscale (stone tops, bamboo floors, large tile, induction stove, LED recessed lighting, high-end bbq, central air, color-matched furnishings, tasteful art, bathrooms have bidet’s, etc.). Rooms are cozy (a tad small but the provided furnishings optimize the space, such as the embedded closet organizer)

My brother and I. I am a quiet working professional with an obsession with tinkering/tech/HiFi (not often, but I sometimes (once or twice a week, usually on a weekend) turn the speakers up a bit to enjoy them properly). Brother is a Conestoga student/electrician, he gets a bit loud with video games sometimes. I prefer a very clean living space. Leave it as it was before you used it, so to speak, and we will get along great.
