Looking for a female or non-binary roommate to sublet for the winter semester, with possibility of renewal in may! The room and house will come fully furnished, ready to welcome you.

We are four upper year students living in a 4 bedroom 1 bath apartment with private balcony in Lowertown and looking for a like-minded roommate to take over the fourth bedroom, as I am completing my degree abroad this winter. The room would be yours from January to April (flexible dates). The room itself is pretty big, with a walk-in closet along the 2 outside walls.

The rent is $700 per month plus wifi and hydro (the total usually comes to about $740), and we have in-unit laundry. Please reach out to us (maybe tell us a bit about yourself) if you are interested!

We are all very clean, organized, relatively quiet and respect each other’s space so if that’s your vibe this is the place for you! We also have one super sweet cat (Joseph) but are not looking for any more pets. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from uOttawa or a 2 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you right to campus. The neighbourhood is very clean and quiet, our apartment is on a dead end street with a very pretty park, and we are only a few minutes walk away from several other parks around the Ottawa River.
