The property is located in the Glendale neighborhood, about 3 km north of Mount Royal University, and an 11-minute walk to the 45 Street SW C-train station. On street parking is available for one’s car.

The room has some similarities to a basement suite, as it is on a separate level downstairs that includes a bathroom, common area and separate entrance.

The kitchen is on the main floor and shared.

Rent includes utilities and internet.

Rental is only being offered for the situation of one tenant occupying the room.

Pets are not permitted.

Living upstairs are two male professionals. We generally stay upstairs, although we do occasionally venture to the downstairs level to do laundry, etc.

The roomies are two male professionals, a recent university graduate who works full time and myself, a semi-retired business development manager. I keep busy with sport coaching and entrepreneurship. We typically go to bed between 10:30pm and 11:30, and rise at 6:30am to 7:30.
