Dinewni's room

This is a condo apartment. The room is quite spacious with ceiling to floor windows and a lovely view. There is a mirrored closet in the room. I am open to leaving behind the bed and desk that I have in the room if you want. The furniture is very new and has only been used for less than 2 months. There is in-unit laundry and a kitchen with a large fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The building has a terrace, study rooms with free printing and a fully equipped gym. The building is walking distance from the TMU campus, Dundas Station, Metro grocery store, and much more. The deposit is negotiable if you are willing to sign a lease contract. The leasing period will be from May 2025 - August 2025.

There is one other female student residing in the apartment. The bathroom, living space and kitchen space is shared :)
