Hello, and welcome! This apartment, situated less than a ten minute drive to Ottawa in Hull is perfect for any young professional or student. In a residential area, next door to a public pool and a large park with a community garden, this apartment is for anyone looking for a calm area to live in, with quiet neighbors and in a duplex type building. There are lots of natural light through the many windows, and a ton of plants! It is close to all amenities, with two small shopping mall within walking distance, grocery stores, corner stores, and 24-hour McDonalds and Tim Hortons for all of those with late-night cravings. There is one kitten currently living at the residence, with the possibility of having a second should you have a fur baby you’d like to bring with you! There is a lot of street parking available, that is free at all times, with minor restrictions during the week, but a pass is able to be purchased through the city. You would get a private bedroom in a shared two bedroom apartment with a large window and pre-installed shelves.
