Perla's room

5 min drive to UofA, 15 min by bus (bus stop is 3 min walk away). Just a 1 min walk to whyte ave. Very nice neighborhood. 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony, spacious living room, and a cute kitchen. You’d have an unfurnished room to yourself with a built in closet, but it can be furnished for a price. Bathroom is shared with me. Smoking only on balcony. Must be clean!! Cats are welcome and possibly a dog if they are clean and not too noisy. No sleepovers. Living room is currently unfurnished but i’m in the process of furnishing it nicely, it’s gonna look really warm and cozy. ALSO big bonus points if you have good music taste :)
