• 5 min drive to UofA, & 10 min bus trip (& bus stop is only 3 min walk away).
• 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony, spacious living room, and a cute kitchen.
• You’d have a furnished room to yourself with a built in closet.
• Bathroom is shared with me.
• Parking spot available
• In suite laundry
• Smoking only allowed on balcony.
• Cats are welcome and possibly a dog if they are clean and not too noisy.
• No sleepovers.
• You must be a clean person and be willing to split chores!
• ALSO big bonus points if you have good music taste :)
