Monthly professional cleaning. Garage for bicycle etc storage. Open to letting tenant paint their room. Right in the heart of Corydon Village so lots of restaurants, coffee shops. Grocery store a block away. Now has a small very quiet dog in residence. Appears to be hypoallergenic.
