Quiet and affordable, short-term furnished accommodation in comfortable shared home for busy students and workers. Super close to many transit routes and not far from West Harbour GO train station. Stay close to downtown and the west end, steps to Locke Street’s restaurants and coffee shops. Friendly, retired female homeowner lives here too. Minimum stay is two weeks and maximum is 6 months. One bedroom with private bath for $1000 a month. Upstairs bedroom with shared bath(shared with one other) is $850. No smoking home.

Home is shared with female owner and sometimes there is another short term lodger (medical student, university post grad student. ) So either two or three women in the 2 storey home. Living room, kitchen, laundry and back yard are the common spaces.
