2 story house divided into 2. I live on the ground floor with small back yard. Big front veranda to sit out in summertime. Directly across from a park and lake. Unobstructed views.

Very cute cozy place. Just one bathroom, but huge.Great place to live. Quiet area. I work Wednesday to Sunday 3 till midnight. My weekend is Monday and Tuesday. If you work conventional hours, we’ll hardly see each other. You’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. I’m a non smoker/cannabis and you must be as well. Looking for very neat and clean person.
