A room for Rent in 2-Bed, 2-Bath Apartment - Available January 2025 (Surrey, Guildford) Looking for a responsible, quiet individual (too small for couples, sorry) to rent a room in a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Surrey’s Guildford area.

• Private Washroom with bathtub (not shared)
• Fully Furnished kitchen (+ dishwasher, air fryer, instant pot etc) and living room shared with your housemate (female, in her late 20s, works full-time, very quiet). Living room has a brand new Leon’s sofa bed and 65” LG TV *Room can come furnished with a single bed, desk and chair or come unfurnished
• Suite is on the second floor, with a balcony and a small ground-floor storage locker
• Laundry access through your washroom (housemate will need to pass through your washroom to get to the laundry area max 1-2 times per week)
• No pets, no drugs, no smoking (including cannabis). No parking:
• 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop with many buses & 7 minutes walk to Guilford mall
