• Private Washroom with bathtub (not shared)
• Fully Furnished kitchen + dishwasher and living room shared with your housemate (female, in her late 20s, works full-time, very quiet). Room can come furnished with a single bed, desk and chair or come unfurnished
• Suite is on the second floor, with a balcony and a small ground-floor storage locker
• Laundry access through your washroom (housemate will need to pass through your washroom to the laundry 1-2 times per week)
• No pets, no drugs, no smoking (including cannabis)
