Looking for a responsible and friendly roommate to share a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath condo located steps from the bus stop and just 15 minutes to Royal York subway station. The room is unfurnished, but the living and dining areas will be furnished (note: not like in the photos). You’ll have your own private bathroom. The condo features in-unit laundry and great amenities including a billiards room, meeting room, and party room. Parking is available through the building for an additional charge.

You’ll be living with me, a laid-back female in my mid-20s, and my two beautiful cats (so you must be okay with cats!). I’m easygoing and enjoy having some downtime, but I also love sharing a meal or hanging out when I can. I’m hoping to find a roommate who will be friendly, respectful, and enjoy having a chill atmosphere in the condo.
