Room available in a large 6 1/2. Available for 3 months, Dec, Jan, and Feb.

Shared apartment with 1 other roommate, including a guest room and shared office. Shared bathroom with washer and dryer. Big back deck and a small front one. Large living room, breakfast area. Located on a quiet one-way street with lots of trees.

Close to Vendome Metro and on the Maisonneuve bike path.

Hydro bill is separate but is usually around 50-75$ per month in winter.

I’m a performer and am heading out on a three-month tour. So, looking to sub-let one of the rooms while I am gone.

My roommate is in her early 30’s and she is doing a Masters in Fine Art. So, looking for someone respectful and conscientious. Ideally an artsy outgoing person.
