Shared bathroom with washer and dryer. Big back deck and a small front one. Large living room, breakfast area. Located on a quiet one-way street with lots of trees.

Close to Vendome Metro and on the Maisonneuve bike path.

Hydro bill is separate, but is usually around $50-$100 per month in winter, depending on usage.

My husband and I are performers, and I am Australian, so we’re heading home for the Australian summer for work and family commitments.

We are subletting our other furnished bedroom while we’re away, so we’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and conscientious, and who is mindful of our other roommate, who is also quiet and respectful. Ideally, also a plant lover!
