everything is included including Wi-Fi all cable options heat and hydro. Must be ok with living with my dog Lola :-) she is sweet as pie. If the ad is up the room is still available. The room will be emptied and you will need to bring your bed and accessories. The tv and everything in the house is shared and you are welcome to use anything in the house including BBQ outside.

The bedroom is 10’ x 11’ The room will be empty when you arrive. I’m looking for someone that is mature between the ages of 20 to 50 years old we have a calm and quiet home and neighborhood.

I am self employed contractor newly single just looking to get a roommate to keep the apt.
