The room fits a double/queen bed, shared bathroom and furnished apartment. The building is walking distance from bus stop, groceries, pharmacy and coffee places. For Fanshawe students is one bus away around 15min. The place is only the two of us and my cat, for me is super important you like pets because she is my entire life, she will get along with you really fast and try to cuddle all the time. Rent includes all the bills but laundry. I’m trying to find a mature roommate, who likes to chat, has positive energy, is clean and organized, can respect quiet sleeping time and will take care of our place as your own. For me communication is the key, I’m a very open minded person and we can discuss about all your needs.

There is no current roomies is just me and my cat :) As I mentioned before I’m very chill, organized, chatty and open minded.
