About the room
We offer a fully furnished master bedroom shared with one other person up for rent for females only. The room is on the upper level and is very spacious. We also have a shared kitchen. The house is located in Fleetwood, Surrey, with many shopping areas and bus stops to transit to Fraser Highway and Vancouver within walking distance. SFU is a 20-minute bus ride away. Rent includes laundry, WiFi, and other utilities. If you are interested, please get in touch with us by email or text.
About the roomies
We currently have three female students living with us who are all international students. We strongly welcome university students and working women. We will not welcome anyone who smokes, drinks alcohol or uses drugs. We prohibit the recreational usage of drugs and are strictly against smoking or parties in the room, property, and area. We also have a friendly cat living with us.
