Frannie's room

Hi everyone!

We have a room available in January 2025!

Our building is located in Eglinton - Forest Hill area where Shoppers is about a 5min walk, the bus stop is right in front of the building, and there are walkable gyms, hair/nail salons, pubs and restaurants as well as the cinema. The closest grocery store is a 12min bus ride. The space also welcomes a lot of natural light based on where our building is facing both in all the rooms and the living room and washroom. The unit also has a built in washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Parking is also available with it’s own fee

The apartment will be shared by myself and another female roommate. This is a 3 bedroom unit. We both have cats, four in total, so we aren’t looking to add another pet in the home. We are looking for a female (ideally a working professional) who is chill (we are introverts and homebodies)cleans after themselves as well as helping keeping the communal spaces tidy. We are pretty chill and respect each others boundaries.
