Room can accommodate a Full Size/Queen Size bed, full access to the entire house, and kitchen, if you require it, you can have a small fridge in the room.

Included in the Room are 1 Dressers, for clothes, plus large closet space. There is a 4 Piece Bathroom, Shower, Soaker Tub (not to be used every day), sink & toilet. Washer & Dryer .

There is a Bell Satellite Dish but is not active, if you want or require Regular TV (there is cable from the SAT Dish to all rooms in the house) - that would be at your own expense. There is no landline.

There is a Hardware Store, Grocery Store & Liquor Store within walking distance.

I am an out gay man living in the Parry Sound/Muskoka area going on 35 years, have several friends that may stop by now and then. I have a Cat (DSH Tabby) and a Dog (Pure Bred Black lab). It is a large property, there is a garage on the property, but roof is leaking, if storage is needed we can make arrangements. I am very easy going, and will share living room TV (streaming only), I am a huge Sci-Fi Fan, so you may find that on the living room TV a lot. I am not a Sports Fan or Watcher, I ask politely that you watch that in your own room (if you are sports fan).
