1 Bed & 1 Bath in a shared 2 Bed / 2 Bath, 905 sqft downtown condo near Queen W & John.

The room available is the Master Bedroom (12.5’ × 9.5’) and it can be furnished or unfurnished.

You would be sharing the furnished kitchen/living area and other areas with me :).

Also includes in-unit laundry, a small shared corner balcony, building concierge, access to the building gym, and use of the building’s roof-top pool & bbq terrace from May-Oct.

Parking not included (parking spots are available for rent in the building), but TTC is close on all sides (Osgoode Subway Stn, and the Queen, King, Dundas & Spadina streercar lines are all within 5-7mins walk).

Am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, responsible and reasonably quiet/chill (home for me is a place to relax).

Preference given to females around my age (mid 20s to late 30s), but am happy to share with anyone provided we seem to get along and have similar in-home living styles (responsible, respectful, clean & friendly).

Non-negotiables (due to allergies): No pets, No smokers, No aerosols/aerosolizing sprays (e.g. perfume, candles, essential oil diffusers).

COST: $1600/month ( + utilities & wifi, which comes to about $50-75/month)

AVAILABLE DATE: Available from Jan 2nd, 2025 (flexible)

RENTAL LENGTH: Ideally looking for someone who wants to stick around for 6months-1yr, can be set in the rental agreement.

RENTAL TERMS: You would be living/sharing a kitchen and living room with me (the owner), so it wouldn’t be covered under the RTA. We would sign a rental agreement though

Additional Information: The unit faces South & East and has floor to ceiling windows, so it gets loads of natural light.

Building is super friendly with the best concierge staff. The roof top pool is one of the best in the city.

Hi! I’m Ally, a Toronto native who has lived/worked all over the world. I’m looking for someone friendly, responsible and chill to share my space.

I work mostly outside the house, but occasionally work from home as well. As a roomate I am fairly quiet and self-contained. I work in very people-intensive environments, so home is my place to relax, but I do enjoy cooking / eating a shared meal and/or a chill hang out. I also love to bake, so fair warning that you might be used as a resident cookie/loaf/muffin/pie taster.

I keep the place super clean and tidy (allergic to dust in addition to everything else, so I clean a lot), and am looking for someone who also likes to live in a clean and tidy space who would help keep it that way.
